  3. Not sure if you need to use finesse? Check in the bottom left of jabber. 
    1. If there’s nothing here, you’re done! You are not part of a call queue
    2. If you see your name, you are a part of a call queue and need to log in. This is where 800 numbers are routed through.
      1. Click and bookmark this link to finesse: https://uccx01.rg.local:8445/desktop/container/landing.jsp?locale=en_US
      2. Your login/password will also be firstname.lastname
      3. Your extension will be 8 + your extension (Danny’s ext is 5061 so he enters 85061)
      4. If you run into an “unsecure connection” warning, click advanced and continue to the link
      5. When you receive a pop up from finesse, click the blue link in the pop up
  4. When you’re logged into finesse, you’re almost done…

    2. All you need to do now is click on “Not ready” and change it to “Ready” and you can receive calls from the queue!
