• File, Home, Send/Receive, Folder, View, Help. These are called [Tabs].

-Clicking on these tabs will allow you to do several things.

 

  • At the bottom of each Tab, there is [Ribbons] which include.

-Example: New, Delete, Respond, Teams, Quick Steps etc.

-These ribbons will allow you to specify what you are looking for.

         -Your inbox is where most of your mail will come in.

-Occasionally, emails can be sent to your junk so if you can’t find it in your inbox look in the junk folder.

          -Groups at the bottom are the emails sent and received that you are

           a part of.

                                

 

                                                

  • This is at the bottom of your Home Tab under your Mail.

- First one is just your mail what you see now.

- Second one is your Calendar. You can create them, add on specific dates, Share your calendar. Etc.



In your File tab, you are able to open and export things for example your calendars or files.

You can save as which means you can save stuff to your file explore.

You can save any attachments. You can as well Print anything within outlook.

 

Under Account information, there are several boxes you can change different settings as it explains.
