Once you have Microsoft suite installed on your computer it would include Microsoft Teams which is an IM service from Microsoft

  1. Hit Get started and Sign into Teams

 

  1. Enter your email and password
  2. Once you in you can Send IM with anyone within the company, Voice and Video call, set up meetings, and also do screen presentation
