Signing in through Desktop/Laptop

NOTE: You will not be able activate Multi-Factor Authentication through the Concur app on your phone. You must sign-in on your computer in order to scan the QR code.

1) On your computer, go to www.concursolutions.com and enter your username and password.

2) You will be taken to this screen.

NOTE: Set up manually with a key does not work. You must scan the QR code

2.1)To scan the QR code, open up Microsoft Authenticator on your phone. 

2.2) Click " + " at the top of the screen

 2.3) Click "Work or School Account"

2.4) Scan QR Code

3) Your 6-digit verification code will appear on your Authenticator phone app under your Recreational Group account

4) Enter the 6-digit verification code provided by the Authenticator app, and you will be registered. 

NOTE: Concur will request a verification code on every login. The Authenticator app does not send push notifications like it does when signing into Outlook, etc. You must open the app to see the code needed for sign-in.
