Beginning Wednesday, October 18th, Concur began requiring MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). This step-by-step guide will show you all the steps necessary for singing in to your account. Please note that in order to add MFA onto your Microsoft Authenticator account, you will need to sign-in to Concur on your computer. It is not possible to scan the QR code using the Concur app. After activating MFA on your computer, you can continue using the Concur app and will not be required to add authentication. However, you will still need to type the code in every time, even when using the Concur phone app. Please refer any questions or concerns you have about Concur MFA to the IT team.
