GoTo Resolve is a required software for all employees. If you haven't already, please download at your earliest convenience.
GoTo Resolve is our updated remote support application. It is the same as the one on your computer, but with more features and options on the back end. To the end user, nothing will change.
To Install :
1) Click the attachment below, and it will automatically download.
2) Go to your downloads, and click the file.
3) You will see a popup that asks if you want to allow this app to make changes to your device. Click "Yes".
4) That's all there is to it. You will see a pop up that states "GoTo Resolve installed successfully".
